Billing
Strumhold’s core is free: the daily practice set, drills and scoring, progress, calibration, and the export and import backup path all work with no account and no payment. A subscription adds the online layer on top.
What the subscriptions are
- Sync backs your practice history up automatically and merges it across your devices. The backups and sync topic explains how it behaves.
- Pro includes everything Sync does and adds Diagnosis (which side of each change needs work), jamming over a band, and the whole Songbook: every song’s gaps and drills.
Subscriptions are sold on the web at strumhold.com, not through app stores. A subscription is yours on every device: sign in and the app unlocks.
Managing a subscription
Managing, changing plan, or canceling also happens in your web account at strumhold.com: open Settings there and look under Account. Canceling never touches your practice history: everything stays on your device, you keep practicing, and Export keeps working.
Subscribing
Open Settings in the app at strumhold.com, sign in with Google under Account, pick a plan, and tap Subscribe. You see the price before anything is charged. Stripe handles the payment, so your receipts and card statement name Stripe.
Changing plan or canceling
Under Account, Manage subscription or change plan opens your billing page at Stripe, where you can switch plans, update your card, or cancel. A plan switch shows its price before you confirm.
